Eva Faye vokste opp i Bærum utenfor Oslo. Sin kunstutdannelse tok hun i Paris og i New York City: BFA fra Parsons Dchool of Design og MFA fra Hunter College. Siden endt utdannelse har Eva hatt flere utstillinger i USA og i Norge. Hennes bilder er innkjøpt av Kulturrådet, Nasjonalmuseet, Bærum Kommune, Parrish Art Museum, New York, Montefiore Art Collection, New York City og private samlinger. Hun bor og arbeider i Bridgehampton, New York og i New York City.
